F.A.T. Stride

A fun, outdoor cardio conditioning class focusing on speed, agility, quickness and endurance. Exercises can include cone drills, speed ladder, and other track work. (All levels included as modifications can be made. Cancelled if raining).

F.A.T. Bootcamp

Our trademarked fat loss program that combines resistance training and cardio intervals to help you burn tons of calories, sculpt your body and burn bodyfat. Emphasis of resistance training follows the following schedule: Mon/Thur: Chest, Back, Shoulders. Tues/Fri: Legs/Back. Wed/Sat: Arms & Upper Body. (All levels included as modifications can be made.)

F.A.T. Suspension

Challenge yourself with the TRX suspension trainer, the ultimate body shaping and core activating tool. Utilizing a revolutionary method of leveraged bodyweight exercise where you’re in control of the intensity of your choosing, you will take your training to the next level. (Paid Specialty Class. Packages available online. Must schedule intro appt. first. All levels included as modifications can be made.)

F.A.T. Strength

6 Selected days throughout the month where we ramp up our resistance training to blast past plateaus, shape and sculpt your body for greater definition and increase your metabolism. (Schedule of strength days located in F.A.T. Studio on our calendar. All levels included as modifications can be made.)
