Kevin Rawson

Kevin – Bootcamp Instructor and Personal Trainer

Growing up playing a variety of sports, the motivation to exercise was not hard to come by for Kevin. While in seventh grade he was witness to his father’s cardiac arrest (that he survived) which was a substantial life-changing event and further ignited his passion for health and fitness. With certifications in NASM and NESTA, Kevin loves the impact he has on people’s lives and the potential to make a difference. His clients have ranged from a 13 year old paralysis patient, to a patient with Multiple Sclerosis that has become completely independent of using a walker, to clients that merely want to attain a higher level of endurance or drop some pounds and bodyfat.

He is currently still competing in open water races, trains with the master’s swimming program, has participated in a number of half marathons and loves exploring new frontiers on his mountain bike. If not involved in training others or himself you’ll find him kicking back with his wife Amy and their newest baby boy, Layne. Enjoy Kevin’s favorite quote!
