What is F.A.T.?

The Fast Action Training Ultimate Fat Loss Formula is a 45 minute total body indoor bootcamp workout that combines full body resistance training exercises with cardio components to help you burn the maximum amount of fat and calories in the least amount of time.

It is the latest in group-fitness training that will help you get into spectacular shape with simply 2-3 workouts per week and properly guided nutrition adjustments. By utilizing an “interval” training program, touted for its fat-burning effects, F.A.T. will keep your heart rate up, kick your metabolism into over-drive and help you burn large amounts of body-fat.

Who is F.A.T. for?

Fast Action Training is for anyone wanting to get a more toned and phenomenal looking figure. If you are looking to slim down your waistline and firm up all those problem areas without committing ALL of your time, then F.A.T. is for you.

Who is F.A.T. NOT for?

Fast Action Training is not for people who want to just talk about getting results. All we care about is delivering on our promise to get you to your goal, understanding that when you come to F.A.T. you will need to work. The workouts are intense, but short, and exercises can be modified to meet all levels of experience. F.A.T. is not a magic bullet. So if you are not willing to commit to give it all you’ve got while getting tons of results, then Fast Action Training might not be for you.

This is not a short-term weight loss program.  This is a program where our goal is to not only change your body but help you to develop a passion for health and fitness and incorporate it into your everyday lifestyle.  As such, we have only 2 programs including 2 sessions per week or for the best results, Unlimited sessions per week.

About the F.A.T. Founder

The Fast Action Training Indoor Bootcamps and Personal Training was founded by John Heringer. Heringer has over 7 years of experience as a certified personal trainer all across the Bay Area and has been involved in health, fitness and sports for nearly two decades. Heringer has helped motivate people of all health and fitness levels to achieve their weight loss goals by understanding his clients needs and leading by example. It is this passion that has helped him develop the Fast Action Training program.
